Returns Policy

At tboj.in, we offer a refund or exchange within the first 7 days from the date of your jacket purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.

To be eligible for a return or an exchange of your tboj.in jacket:

• (i) The purchased jacket must be unworn and in the same condition as you received it.
• (ii) The jacket must be in its original packaging.
• (iii) Jackets purchased during a sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.

We will replace jackets (based on an exchange request) only if they are found to be defective or damaged upon receipt.

Please note that certain categories of jackets may be exempt from returns or refunds. These categories will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.

For accepted exchange or return requests, once we receive your returned jacket and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you about the receipt of the returned or exchanged product.

If your return or exchange is approved after our quality check, your request will be processed in accordance with tboj.in policies.
